Following behind a slow moving vehicle can surely be frustrating, but needing to pass the vehicle in front safely is of paramount importance.
Generally speaking, in order to pass safely you need to be travelling at least 15mph faster than the car you are passing and this is even more important when there is oncoming traffic.
